• Preheat the oven to 400˚ F. Have a 9 x 9-inch baking dish ready. <o:p></o:p></div>

• In a pan, add 1 tsp oil and add the green bell peppers,
onions, black beans, corn, oregano, garlic powder, cumin powder, and salt,
chili flakes and taco seasoning and cook them until the veggies are slightly
tender. Add the tomato puree and cook for 3 minutes.<o:p></o:p></div>

• Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the bottom of the
baking so that the lasagna does not stick to the bottom of the pan. Layer with
a 3-4 lasagna noodles, breaking them as needed to fit the pan. On top of the layer of noodles, spread about
one third of the bean mixture. Sprinkle with one quarter of the cheese.<o:p></o:p></div>

• Repeat the layering process two times more (noodles, beans
mixture, cheese, noodles, beans mixture, cheese). The last layer will be noodles, tomatoes, and
cheese. Cover the pan tightly with
aluminum foil. Bake 35-45 minutes, or
until noodles are tender and cooked through.
Remove the foil from the top and bake 5 minutes more, until the cheese
is melted. Remove from the oven and let
stand at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving<o:p></o:p></div>

beans, tomatoes, corn and a bit of cilantro (reserving some for garnishing) to
the mixture.</span></span></li>

the ingredients thoroughly, taste and re-season if needed.</span> Increase
spice level for your taste.</span></li>

with cooking spray and pour the rice mixture into the dish, spreading it
evenly. Sprinkle the top with cheddar cheese.</span></span></li>

with cooking spray (so the cheese won't stick) and cover the baking dish. Bake
for 20 minutes then remove the tin foil.</span></span></li>

minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown. Remove from the oven

<b>How to make Whipped Cream </b>: Makes about 2 cups<br />
<b>Ingredients:</b><br />
2 tbsp sugar<br />
1 cup heavy whipping cream<br />
<b>Directions :</b><br />
Whip Heavy Whipping Cream and 1 Tbsp Sugar in a bowl over ice until fluffy. Whisk just until the cream reaches stiff peaks. <b>Tip: </b>Make sure the cream is very cold. This will help the cream whip quickly and will increase its volume.<br />
<br />
<b>Method for Tiramisu:</b><br />
1. In a large mixing bowl, mix softened Cream Cheese with 3 Tbsp of sugar until sugar is completely dissolved.<br />
2. In a separate bowl make thick Custard mixture & keep it aside.<br />
3. Mix the custard mixture into the cream cheese & add a few drops of vanilla essence and stir well.<br />
4. Add 2-3 Tbsp of the coffee liquid in the mixture and mix well.<br />
5. Fold Whipped Cream into cream cheese & custard mixture until well incorporated.<br />
6. Dip each Lady Finger into the coffee for just 2 seconds on each side and place into square or rectangle tray until the bottom is completely covered.<br />
7. Spread 1/2 of the cream cheese filling evenly on top of the fingers and dust cocoa powder over the filling.<br />
8. Repeat another layer of coffee dipped lady fingers.<br />
9.Top with remaining filling and sprinkle cocoa powder on top to form a coating.<br />
10. Chill overnight or at least for 8 hrs.<br />
11 Garnish with a light dusting of powdered sugar.<br />

1. Soften the cream cheese into a small bowl and add salt and parsely or mint or basil leaves.<br />

5. Pat the sandwich down and cut off the ends.<br />

1 bottle (8 ounces) Italian salad dressing or (Mix Olive oil, redwine vinegar ans whisk well)<br />

<b>Method: </b><br />

1. Cook pasta according to package directions around 10mins.<br />
2. Meanwhile in a large pan add Olive oil and add garlic and all the vegetables green pepper, red pepper, onions, zucchini and brocolli . Cook until they half cooked.<br />
3. Drain pasta and rinse in cold water. Save 1/4 cup water from the pasta.<br />
4. Add pasta to the vegetables.<br />
5. Combine salad dressing and seasonings; pour over salad and toss to coat.<br />
6. Add the pasta water little to make it a little juicey. (optional )<br />
7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.<br />
Grate a little cheese on top before serving.<br />
<br />
Yield: 8-10 servings.<br />

4. Let the veggies extend past the edges on either side.<br />
5. Roll up the tortillas as tightly as they'll go, then wrap each roll up in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.<br />
6. Then cut each roll up and serve.<br />

2. Sieve the flour, baking powder and baking soda and keep it aside (dry ingredients)<br />
3. Take the melted butter in a bowl and whisk it very well till it is creamy and frothy.<br />
4. Add vanilla essence, condensed milk and beat it till it is creamy and fluffy. Add the flax seed mixture and whisk well with a beater.<br />
5. Add the dry ingredients(maida, baking soda, baking powder) little by little and keep mixing it well.<br />
Add milk and mix well.<br />
6. Beat it for 5 mins till it is in a smooth flowing consistency.<br />
7. Grease the baking dish with butter and dust it with little flour. Pour the batter into the pan.<br />

8. Bake it in the oven at 350*F for 35 mins or until it is cooked. To check if it is cooked put a toothpick in the center of the cake if it comes out clean , it means it is done.<br />

Ingredients</h3>
Toor dal - 2 tbsp<br />
Dhaniya (Coriander Seeds) - 2 tbsp<br />
Jeera - 1 tsp<br />
Rice - 1 tbsp<br />
Fenugreek seed (methi seeds) - 1 tsp<br />
Green chillies - 1<br />
Dried Red chillies - 2<br />
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp<br />
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch<br />
Grated coconut - 4 tbsp<br />
Onions - thinly sliced onions 1/2 cup<br />
Fresh Curd - 2cups<br />
Gingely oil (Nallennai) - 1 tsp<br />
Salt - 1 tbsp<br />
Soondakai (turkey berry) - 2 tbsp Optional<br />
<br />
<h3 style="text-align: left;">
Preparation</h3>
1. Soak toor dal, dhaniya, rice in water for 15 mins.<br />
2. Add oil and roast the fenugreek seeds, green and red chilly in medium flame for 2 minutes.<br />
3. Mix coconut, jeera and add the above roasted mixture and grind well with water<br />
4. Add toor dal, dhaniya, rice and turmeric powder to above mixture. Grind this well with water<br />
5. Put the grinded ingredients in a heavy bottomed vessel.<br />
6. Add required amount of water and mix thoroughly till the consistency is like dosa batter.<br />
7. Boil this for 5 minutes in medium flame.<br />
8. Add curd and salt and mix thoroughly<br />
9. Turn the stove to low flame<br />
10. Heat for 2 minutes and turn off the stove. (Do not wait till this boils)<br />
11. In a pan, heat 1 tsp of gingely (or) coconut oil. Add mustard and curry leaves and sliced onions. Once they are translucent add this to kuzhambu.<br />
<br />
Serve with hot or cold rice.</div>

Vegetable Au Gratin is a French dish, it’s a medley of vegetables baked in a cheesy herbed white sauce. You can use any vegetables you like fresh or frozen it tastes great. </span><br />

<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Remove from heat and add 1 cup of milk mixing to make sure there are no lumps.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Add the rest of the milk mix and make sure there are no lumps.Put back on the heat and cook on medium till the sauce thickens. Keep stirring in between.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Add the salt, pepper, red chili flakes and dry oregano. Mix well. Remove from heat. Add the cheese, mix well.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Preheat oven to 180 C/ 350 F.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Steam the vegetables in microwave for 3 mins till half cooked. Drain all the water.Mix salt, pepper and dry oregano to the vegetables and keep aside. (The White sauce too will have salt so go easy on it)</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Mix in the steamed vegetables to the white sauce. Taste and adjust seasoning.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Transfer to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. For crispiness you can top it off with some bread crumbs</span><br />

This salad is time-saving and packed with healthy nutrients, and leaves you feeling lighter and full of energy particularly on an ardent summer day. Each time you toss the salad you can change the flavor to suit your taste buds.<br />
<b>Ingredients: </b><br />
1 cup kidney beans (Rajma)<br />
1 cup chickpeas (Garbanzo beans)<br />
½ cup sweet corn shredded<br />
2 cups green sprouts<br />
1 thinly sliced green Bell pepper(capsicum)<br />
1 shredded red bell pepper<br />
1 shredded yellow bell pepper (optional)<br />
2 Onions finely chopped<br />
5 crushed walnuts<br />
1 tbsp feta cheese<br />
1 lemon squeezed<br />

2.<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Soak green grams overnight to produce sprouts.In a large bowl, mix kidney beans, chickpeas, sweet corn, and sprouts together.<br />
3.<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Add to it shredded bell peppers in different colors, as many as you can get, including capsicum together with chopped onion, and blend it.<br />
4.<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Then add crushed walnuts, and a generous sprinkling of feta cheese.<br />
5.<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Squeeze a full lemon on the mixture and sprinkle salt as per taste.Dress it with olive oil.<br />

Frappuccino</h2>

<b>Brew the Coffee</b><br />
The Frappuccino will taste best with freshly ground coffee, so if you have a coffee grinder, buy the beans whole and grind them just before brewing. Make the pot of coffee with twice as much ground as you would typically use for a cup of coffee.<br />
<b>Cool the Coffee</b><br />
Here is the part where a little patience is required. Pouring the coffee straight into the ice will shock the freshly brewed coffee, and it will not taste as good. Let the pot cool naturally, or place it in the refrigerator to cool a little more quickly, until it is at least room temperature.<br />
<b>Mix in the Blender</b><br />
once the coffee has cooled, add it, along with the sugar, milk and syrup into the blender and blend on high for about 20 seconds. Then, fill your blender with ice and Blend on high for another 20 seconds or until the texture is slushy.<br />
Pour it in a glass and top the drink with whipped cream and drizzle it with your favorite flavored syrup.<br />

<b>Method:</b><br />
Add vinegar to soy milk, and set aside to curdle.<br />
Sift flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.<br />
Add vegetable oil, food coloring, and vanilla extract to the curdled soy milk, and mix.<br />
Pour liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients, and mix.<br />
Fill cupcake liners ¾ full.<br />
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes or until done.</div>
